We began this project with a roof demolition to expose the roof sheathing. Then we installed a quarter inch polyiso coverboard. All roof penetrations were fitted with custom fabricated boots, which were sealed with hose clamps and caulking. TPO clad heat vents and edge metal were installed to prepare for the 60mil GAF TPO membrane roofing secured with corner and T-joints. Lastly, new pipe caps and storm collars were supplied where needed.
